Terms:
- Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only during summer season, unless there is a last minute vacancy
- Rates are based on maximum occupancy.
- All guests must check-in at the office. Overnight guests are charged at the rate of $10.00 per person/per night over the cottage maximum.
- Rates are subject to 13% HST.
- Minimum two night stay during Winter/Spring/Fall season
- Long weekends are minimum three night stay
- Deposit of $350.00 payable by personal cheque, money order or e-mail money transfer at time of booking (deposit must be received within 10 business days to hold booking.)
- Balance of account due upon check in payable by cash, personal cheque or money order
- Cancellation Policy: 75% refundable if cancellation in writing received 8 weeks prior to check in
- Check-in Time is 3:00 p.m. on date of arrival
- Check-out Time is 10:00 a.m. on date of departure
- Boat Docking: $25.00 per stay ($5.00/night)
Pet Policies
- We welcome socialized dogs that are friendly with people and other dogs
- Summer Rates (June-July-August) $40.00 per pet per week ($10.00 per pet per night)
- Winter/Spring/Fall Rates $25.00 per pet per week ($5.00 per pet per night)
- Pets are to be leashed at all times on the property
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds; additional cleaning charges will apply
- Guests are responsible to scoop up after their pets
- Guests will be asked to board their pet at a nearby facility at their own expense should they disturb other guests
